The three bars will have beer, wine, and cocktails, a couple of which were created by Ignacio ‘Nacho’ Jimenez ( Ghost Donkey) and Takuma Watanabe ( Angel’s Share).

The rest will be housed on the fifth floor, including the four remaining concepts, another full bar, and a rooftop area overlooking the East River. On the ground floor, 17 stalls will share the space with two full bars and communal-style seating. The 21,000-square-foot market will take up two floors at Dumbo’s Empire Stores at 55 Water Street. Newly announced vendors include a classic American stall from James Beard Award-winning chef David Burke Mexican food from chef Ivy Stark (Dos Caminos, Amalia), her second concept at the market and the Fish Cheeks outpost. It’s a roster of vendors meant to “represent the city” chosen by Times Out New York magazine’s editorial team, market CEO Didier Souillat previously told Eater. Among those vendors are a few New York City standouts, such as Thai favorite Fish Cheeks, popular pizzeria Juliana’s, babka gem Breads Bakery, and pancake hit Clinton St. Dumbo food hall Time Out Market opens today with 21 local vendors adding a whole new layer of dining options to the Brooklyn waterfront.
